The Protect-A-Grid® with Channels is an all-enclosed fabrication designed to reduce the chance of incidental grid damage from atypical handling. The aluminum style with channels allows the image receptor to slide on and off the grid with ease, creating a lighter weight device with great protection at a lower cost. The Protect-A-Grid® 2 with Channels Encasement is an all-enclosed fabrication designed to reduce the chance of incidental grid damage from atypical handling. With sleek curved corners, Protect-A-Grid encasements can be easily slid under patients and/or stood upright for cross-table examinations. The aluminum style with channels allows the image receptor to slide on and off the grid with ease, creating a lighter weight device with great protection at a lower cost.
