X-Ray Cassette Repair Co, Inc. repairs all makes and models of CR cassettes, conventional cassettes, PAG grid encasements, and many other accessories.
Repair Process
Taking advantage of our repair services requires a couple easy steps; print our repair service form, fill out the pertinent information, and include it with your shipment. After your items have been evaluated at our facility, we’ll provide a quote for the required services. If a total replacement is necessary, you can select from our full line of new, high-quality products. There is no cost to assess your item that needs to be repaired. You just pay shipping.
Quick Turnaround
Upon your signed approval, typical turn-around times are about 3 to 5 business days. Should you want your item returned after evaluation we’ll do so at no charge. If you decide to proceed with the repair, our work comes with a 90 day warranty against defects in craftsmanship.
No Commitment Repair Assessment
When a repair is possible, the cost saving is tremendous. Since we do not charge for a repair evaluation, it is always a good idea to send in any damaged Reina Imaging accessory to our facility for assessment. You just pay shipping.
